Established in 1858, Richardson & Wrench is one of Australia’s oldest and most respected real estate names.

The Double Bay office opened in the 1960’s, in the heart of the wealthiest and most competitive property belt in the nation. However, simply being located in the east did not guarantee our rise to the top. It has also taken a team of outstanding personalities with a unique set of skills and reputations second to none.

The baton of this legacy has been passed continuously to industry newcomers in this office, resulting in a remarkable team of professionals who continue to lead the Australian property market in terms of results, professionalism and integrity.
