I am writing this because I wanted to say a very special thankyou to your staff for taking care of my Paddington terrace house.

Particularly, I mostly deal with Ali, Irina and Jonathan - in recent times in that order due to the fact that I've been dealt a blow with tenants leaving due to COVID 19 and damage to my house from works next door - thankfully house now restored.

I was ringing in to speak with Jonathan to thank him personally but he is on Annual leave so I thought to put this in writing.

I wish you to know that Ali on Reception and Irina in Accounts have also been little nuggets of gold to me regarding their special care and service and personal touch.
I really appreciate their expertise and care and the manner in which they have dealt with me during a really challenging year for all.
