We can't complain about the marketing campaign at all - photos looked fantastic, coverage great, lots of buyers through the doors (not so easy these days), good follow up and vendor hand-holding. Auctioneer was great- had nice patter with humour put everyone at ease which isn't easy as buying or selling a house is one of the most stressful things in life I think. You always want a little more but I think it is a good price in all the circumstances - if you have 2 keen purchasers with capacity competing hard, which we did, then where it stops is the market value. It’s thanks to Marion Badenoch’s professionalism and hard work that our apartment in Darling Point achieved a strong result at auction.
Marion strived to achieve the best result from the get-go. Our circumstances were complicated because the property was a shared family asset, and we only had a short time period to get the apartment ready for inspection.
