Dear Phoebe and Ian, I would like to enthusiastically express my absolute gratitude, satisfaction and appreciation in regards to our recent working agreement to contract with you to serve as my real estate agent, to cell my property in Bondi Beach, NSW. Without reservation, I was overwhelmed by your Professionalism as it replanted to: • Communication: Virtually every step along the way, you continually reached out to me, via phone and email to inform me as to everything in regards to daily scheduling of showing my property; regular updates, of interested persons as to interest in my property; ongoing questions and further updates; details of the actual action, including the names and degree to interest of each person attending the auction; immediate results of the auction, including the step by step details of the 100+ bids on the property. • Availability: In the midst of your very busy schedule, I was amazed that you virtually made yourself available to personally talk to me by phone each and every time I wanted/needed to personally chat with you. • Productivity: I was incredibly impressed with your resourcefulness in terms of generating interest throughout NSW and motivating numerous persons to come out to your showings to personally view my property. • Final Result: As a result of your leadership, my property sold for 2 and ½ times the amount I paid for the property 10+ years ago.
