DirectorSome might say it was inevitable that James would make real estate his career, as he possesses many of his well known and well respected father, Michael Dunn's traits. Having been influenced over the years observing the success his father enjoyed, James developed a desire to follow that lead.
Completing a degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics James commenced his career in 2003 with Richardson and Wrench Double Bay in the Property Management Department. After eighteen months in this fast paced environment he decided to broaden his horizons in the European market in the prestigious South Kensington/Chelsea Branch. However, home beckoned and the sunshine and Sydney lifestyle was too hard to ignore.
Returning to Richardson and Wrench Double Bay was part of his greater plan and initially enjoying working as a Sales Associate focussing closely on buyer management, James used the opportunity to reacquaint himself with the local market trends and values. 'I believe that I offer a service that is unmatched, something quite different from our competitors, and something that clients will enjoy the benefits from,' says James.
James says... 'I want clients to feel that the property, whilst an integral part of the process, is not the only factor, it is the relationship and the manner in which the transaction takes place that will stay with them long after the contract is signed.'
James became a Partner in the business in 2014 after proving himself as a fiercely determined professional keen to earn a solid reputation of respect from his clients and one where they truly consider him 'their agent'.
