The last apartment she has sold turned out a rather difficult task, as the size of the studio was below 37sqm. Unfortunately the banks have a lot of restrictions on lending with apartments who are located within big blocks and are below 40sqm. Veronika has managed to sell my apartment well, despite all the issues with the bank and while Covid was active in NSW.
