  • We first met Phoebe a few years ago when viewing a property listing she had in Vaucluse. While the home ended up not being right for us, Phoebe was very patient in showing us through the home several times.   • I recently engaged Phoebe Shepperd of Richardson and Wrench Double Bay, as our selling agent for a possible sale of a flat, 19G, 3 Darling Point Rd, Darling Point , which had been for the past 18 years held by my sister and myself as a joint investment property.
    This flat, although well maintained and occupied by successive long term tenants e.g the most recent from 2006 to end May 2015, had not been renovated for many years.
    Our flat, was the third of similar unrestored G type flats in the building to come onto the market in the first quarter of 2015, the second 17G , sold at auction by R&W a month or so earlier.
    In the buoyant property market, I contracted with R &W and granted Phoebe a limited opportunity sell our flat, being initially a10 day window (with no marketing budget) which was subsequently extended some additional weeks to embrace the potential final purchaser.
    Throughout the period Phoebe, was
    - determined and diligent in pursuance of the sale.
    - a very active communicator between myself, the tenant and the purchaser.
    - helpful in liaising between the respective solicitors.
    - all administration matters from pre sale thru to post settlement were dealt with very smoothly efficiently.
    - most important was the excellent result attained ; in that the price level she negotiated was substantially above my own expectations.
